Stowell Lake Farm is a lush, working farm, and an opportunity to drop into a deeply intuitive, soulful, creative space with other kindreds.<\/p>\n

Mornings will be quiet, then we’ll move into our yoga practice, and eventually tumble into the Wild Writing. There will be warm things to drink and cozy nooks to hide away in. We’ll sit in circles and share stories, we’ll walk, and nap. Delicious meals will come from the land, and we promise warm beds, and star gazing at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

All these practices – walking, yoga, writing and circling – are meant to loosen us up so we can access what is moving through us and what wants to be expressed. You don’t have to be a yogi or a writer to join us, just someone who is longing for a chance to take a deeper breath, and bring it down a few notches so you can feel like yourself again.<\/p>\n

Travel Insurance: It\u2019s always a good idea to get travel insurance especially during these Covid times, and in case you need to cancel at the last minute. We have used Allianz travel in the past. https:\/\/www.allianz.com\/en.html<\/a><\/p>\n

In the case of acts of God, war, disaster, pandemic, border closure or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to retain your fees and reschedule or make any necessary changes to the retreat.
